The coating also ensures that the cookware is easy to clean. The Nordic kitchen stainless steel frying pan is extremely hard-wearing, yet of a simple and elegant design with an extra-large cooking surface. The inside of the frying pan has a four-layer PFOA and PFOS-free PTFE non-stick Slip-Let ®coating, which means you don√¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t need to use as much fat as the food doesn√¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t stick, making the pan particularly suitable for frying all types of meat and vegetables.
